Reusable Juice Boxes

About a month ago, I finally found what I've been looking for since my daughters started preschool, juice boxes that aren't juice boxes. I searched high and low for something that would be small enough to fit easily into lunchboxes, BPA-free, easy to wash and reuse, economical, and good for the environment.   Here's what I found:

8 oz BPA-free bottles that come with juice already in them, but designed to be reused.  They're also easy to clean, and can be tucked into a small lunchbox, snack pack, or even a purse.  As a bonus, they come already filled with pure and delicious juice in a pack of 12, and are available in four flavors:  Apple/Carrot, Banana/Carrot, Peach/Purple Carrot and Blueberry/Purple Carrot.

I ordered the Blueberry/Purple Carrot because our family loves everything blueberry, and purple carrot sounds even more nutritious than the regular orange variety.  I found them here:

At $25.00 for a 12-pack of reusable juice boxes, they're a bargain.

That is why I smile every time I fill them up with nutritious concoctions of my own, and line them up in the refrigerator door to be grabbed by eager hands in the early hours of a school day.  Did I mention that the kids LOVED the blueberry carrot flavor, but we have since refilled the bottles with many varieties of juice,  combinations of juice and water, organic milk, almond milk and cocoa, or whatever strikes our fancy.  What makes me happy is that I can wash them in the dishwasher (I simply drop the lids in soapy water, and then rinse).  I fill multiple bottles at one time, and have an entire week's supply of healthy drinks ready for my precious girls' enjoyment.

    Welcome

Welcome to Good for Kids. I'm a solution finder. As a mom and a teacher, I'm always on the lookout for things, whether it be ideas, books, or products, that will help my kids. Things that help my kids are things that are good for me too. Hence the name, Good for Kids, and Good for Moms, too.
